Shopping experience at Mr. Price

I went into store to shop for Father's Day and I was told that I needed to purchase a bag for R4. 00 reason being there were no bags available. I then asked to speak to a manager and he took a while to get to me. As he got to me he just stood there without greeting. I had started with a hello and asked him how should I carry my items purchased out the store without a bag and why should I be asked to buy a bag for R4. He then mumbled to the cashier in they language and he left. He was very rude and disrespectful. It doesn't cost you a thing to greet and acknowledge your customers. It just makes me think how one would hire a manager with this calabre.
