shopping a hazard and no response from mr price!

As reported last week i slipped on a hanger in a filthy store,when i complained manager snubbed me.on top of all that i was hurt n went to the doctors twice also was not able to go to work i was called by someone n assured they will respond to me and still nothing!!!
