Shoplifting Accusations

On 04-09-2021 I went to Mr Price Southgate Mall and the security guard at the door accused me of shoplifting. I went to the till with 4 items and the cashier (Jabulani) that was flirting with me only scanned 3 items while i paid for 4 items and when i got to the door the guard was making accusations of shoplifting because the till slip only said 3 items. And i went back to the till and paid for the 4th item and the person helping me still had the nerve to ask who will be paying for the lip balm i already paid for, so I said I'll be paying for it. I paid went back to the door and the security guard caused a scene for something she sent me to correct and i corrected it but because she didn't understand properly she did what she did.
