Shop opens at staff leisure

<p>I pass Hoedspruit Mr Price on almost a daily basis and I have yet to see them open at the correct time as per their website (8am). No times are displayed on the door but on a previous call to head office they confirmed 8am and had the manager of the store call me to apologise for the late opening as that day they were doing stock take. What they did not know was I was siting outside the store waiting for them to open watching how they all sat around the counter laughing and then chasing each other down the Isles. The store then opened at 9am. On several occasions I have had to wait till 8:45 or 9:00 for them to open, each time they all stand around them counter and give me the exact same excuse of stock take.</p> <p>In 24 days they take stock for around 30 minutes to a hour daily, this should then make them the most on top of stock store I have ever heard of. That's almost 3 working days they lose in business a month!</p> <p><br />Yet head office will guarantee the manager will call me to apologise, give me the same excuse, blatantly lie to my face and continue to open at leisure.</p> <p><br />Head office best you make sure all your stores display their shop times, make sure they adhear and not just by a empty phone call as I'm sure top management would be shocked to hear of the business lost.</p> <p> </p>
