SHOP ONLINE WITH MRP AT YOUR OWN RISK

I placed an online order on the 8th of May 2020 and I have not received it. I called the customer care line numerously to no avail. As I'm tracking my parcel with their courier company "ON THE DOT" website the status changed from "OUT FOR DELIVERY" to "NO BACKSTAMPS". It's highly disappointing and pathetic!
