SHOES

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I purchased a pair of heels in December and wore them twice.<br> <br> On the 28th March I was attending a funeral and this was only the third time I used this pair of shoes. <br> <br> I was reached the last step at the church my heel got stuck on in a groove and has I move my leg the shoe opened up. I was not careful enough I could have fallen down.<br> To my knowledge such things should not happen in such incidences. If I had forced it I would have understood but I barely lifted my leg n the shoe opened up in the back.<br> <br> Please can you ensure that all heels that is sold by Mr P is safe and not a risk factor for women to use.<br> <br> Thanks
