Shoe broke after one day been worn🥺🙄

I'm really disappointed,I bought my kids shoes at Mr price rosebank to wear on Christmas day . All was well yesterday until the 10 year old shoe came off from one sight🙄🥺 how do I convince my kids to wear your brand again,just one day ? Use my id number I used to maybe those shoes and some clothes . Was I paying for one day,now I'm worried about the elderly sister's shoes . I really need answers I can't buy something to be worn one day . I even paid off the layby early but wow ,what's next the clothes will be torn as well or...
