Shockingly and utterly embarrassed in public

My fiance and I went to Greenacres to return an item to Mr.Price which was bought from their online store.Upon entry,we proceeded to the line just to find that it almost went all the way to the door.We decided to postpone instead<br> Upon approaching the door, the security stopped us and asked to search my fiance's backpack which isn't legal in the first place* but, because we understood why, she gave consent. The backpack contained the item that was gonna be returned.<br> The bag checking wasn't the problem, but upon explaining why we don't have a store slip (which online purchases don't supply), the security took out the item (in it's bag) and at the top of her lungs called one of the employees to deal with the situation. Tiffany(employee) then in turn looked at us without saying a word, took the item and proceeded to the tills. We looked at each other in utter confusion and asked her what she's doing. She explained while walking away that she will have to see whether the item was really purchased. My fiance said if you're gonna do that you might as well return it then and her exact words were, \Everyone else stands in line
