SHOCKING TREATMENT!

Today Pumeza from Mr Price HQ calls me and I politely tell her she can call me later, as I'm at work and cannot really take calls. Next thing I know she goes on a wild rant that Im running away etc. When I asked to speak to her Supervisor she throws the phone down in my ear. Her level of unproffessionalism is unbelievable. This type of behavior you would expect from a Cheap company but not a big Household name like Mr Price. I would like to inform you that I was be closing my account this weekend. Thank you Pumeza you have just lost a customer due to your unprofessionalism.
