Shocking staff behavior

I visited a Mr Price store in promenade Mitchells plain on Saturday the 22nd October had the most shocking experience. Where are the managers or supervisors of these stores. If one staff member must argue with another staff member as to who's going to help me check out my purchase in my presents then Mr Price doesn't deserve my support. I will be closing my account after this and taking my business some place else.
