SHOCKING SERVICE

The WhatsApp "HELP" line is no help at all. After placing an order nearly 1 month ago, not one person can tell me where my order is. I have requested help and feedback on a daily basis for nearly 2 weeks and the only feedback I get is "someone will get back you" THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Nevermind the fact that the order has been paid for in full. Extremely poor service, not too mention unfriendly
