Shocking service
<p>So I ordered stuff online with delivery to a store BECAUSE R35 IS A BIT STEEP THESE DAYS. Delivery was promised on Friday....nothing. Then Monday, latest Tuesday....Well still nothing. Not even a email informing me about a possible delay. Tried phoning the customer care call centre, what a joke! They keep on putting down the phone! And when you try to call the store there is no answer! Emails are also not answered. Though I will use the online shopping because it's convenient but oh my word doubt if I will ever use it or recommend it again.</p>
