SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!

I wanted to buy Mr Price online vouchers for 2 underprivileged young girls. I promised them that I would have the vouchers by the weekend. Well, their hopes were dashed this weekend! I couldn't buy the vouchers on line and I couldn't buy in store because they live far from me and they have no way of getting to town. First i held on forever a couple of times before being cut off, then I was told a number of times by customer service that it was my connection or my device that was causing the problem. Go back and listen to the recordings of my many calls. I used a Samsung, Huawei, iPad and a laptop on MTN, Cell C and wifi. Today in store I was told that nobody could use Mr Price vouchers for payment this weekend because ********** activity necessitated an investigation. Why not tell me the truth? I wouldn't have wasted many hours and a fortune of data to keep trying to process my order. I could also have explained to the two young girls what the situation was. Their Hope's and dreams are destroyed enough and now I, or should i say Mr Price made it worse by lying to me. SHOCKING customer service!!!!
