SHOCKING SERVICE

<p>I have an account with MRP Mobile. The contract is for R99.00 a month. That only happen for two months after that, I have been billed R276.00 for the last 9 months. They did a call audit and it proved that I never agreed to all the additonal services that they have been charging me for. There manager said that would reimimburse me, it would take 21 days. Well its been over 21 days since all the emails back and forward. I phoned today, now I get told by one of the consultants that i am only getting a remimburstment of one month. There services are shocking. The consultants over the phoned don't know who there managers are or surnames.</p>
