Shocking service
I am here to collect an online order, NORMALLY I walk up to a teller and they serve me immediately. Not today!!!! Some useless teller holding 2 items tells me to wait in a queue as long as my arm. 2 teller Los are working at peak hour lunch time. The teller with nothing to do looks at the queue and promptly disappears. Shocking service to say the least with at least 3 other shop assistants walking around scratching their heads, looking lost and not assisting anyone.
