Shocking service

I went to Mr Price - Eastgate on 16 September 2017 to exchange the clothes I had bought.

When I got to the door, I showed the lady by the name of Lerato the till slip and the items I needed to exchange.

A spoke to her but she just stood there and looked at me as if I was invisible. I had to keep asking her for the procedure that I need to follow but the attitude was on another level.
