Shocking service

i went to Mr Price clothing store in wonderpark mall on Sunday around 2:30pm just around their closing time because i wanted to exchange/return clothing that i bought the precious day. Shockingly a Fat lady at the fitting room was busy playing with her cellphone and gave us customers little attention as we wanted to enter the fitting room.. secondly i do not understand why you people decide to clean and mop your shop while we costomers are still in the shop, it is not right because we should have the right to move around the shop with ease without your people giving us funny looks. i wanted to check a t-shirt, i picked it up and decided to leave it cos i didnt like it, the lady who was packing the tshirts gave me a funny dirty look as if she was expecting me to fold the tshirt, thats ********!! thirdly, the lady at the till wanted to give me attitude because the dress i was returning did not have a price tag BUT i had me slip with me, so what the hell is the issue here?? your service is disgusting, your staff members lack work ETHICS.. Go to woolworths and learn a thing or two... they know how valuable customers are and we are treated with respect. you are not doing us a favour!
