SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!
<p>I purchased a pair of joggers last week on MRP online, and the order was late. They sent me a R150 voucher to be used for my next online purchase. So for the spirit of fathers day, I purchased another pair of joggers on Monday, with a delivery eta from 1-3 working days, which means it will arrive Thursday. So I phoned them today as I see my parcel has not even left yet, and they told me that due to delays I wont be getting my order until next week monday. I cant get a voucher to use in store, as this was only an online voucher, basically they cant help me even though they are at fault, I emailed their help email address, and still no reply!!! This is by far the worst experience i've had on any online store! Mr price has ruined my day as well as our fathers day!</p>

This does not solve the fact that our fathers day was ruined thanks to Mr price being unorganise. I will not be using you guys in the near future and will make sure my family and friends stay clear of you guys aswell. You couldnt even give me a second option to help me out. Terrible service!
