Shocking online orders
I ordered 2 pairs of men's cargo shorts at the beginning of March 2021. I asked for feedback on 11 March and was told: "there were delays due to high volume of online orders". I received a mail it had been shipped on 16 March 2021. It is now 24 March (8 days later) and still nothing has arrived!!! I am not sure how they are shipping it but that is unacceptable. I called today and was told that it would arrive by Friday, 26 March. An entire Month to get 2 pairs of shorts. I am going away on Saturday and if I have not received them before then, I will be cancelling the entire order.
