Shocking online experience with Mr Price

This is the 3rd time I am posting about my online purchase where monies were deducted and I never received my goods. Each time I post, a consultant calls and promises to get the refund done but I do not hear back again thereafter. This was my first online order with Mr Price and without a doubt the worst!
