SHOCKING EXPERIENCE

I did an online purchase on the 18 December 2020. According to the courier there were 3 failed attempts to deliver my parcel which is absolute nonsense as I was home all the time. Later I learned that Mr Price never put my contact number on the parcel for the courier to contact me. Be it as it may (very disappointed as I really wanted the items I purchased and was sold out in store and online) my parcel was returned to the warehouse. I had to phone, tweet, Whatsapp numerous times (probably spoke to 20 different people and all 20 were unable to resolve my query) to “arrange” my refund (money that you owe me). Pathetic! Today is the 8 February - still haven’t received one cent back from your rotten company. The account that was used for the online transaction has been closed so now to arrange the refund to be done into another account is apparently rocket science. I do not know what to do or where to go next but all I know is that I don’t even want to be associated with such useless company ever again.
