Shocking customer service or rather lack thereof!!

Order Number:*** - OTDCT***3<br> Return was initiated by myself for an item bought online. Over TWO WEEKS have passed and the item has not been collected or refunded. I contacted Emmilene Chetty who would investigate why the item had not yet been collected and get back to me but proceeded to go on leave the very next day without doing anything about this issue. I then contacted the call centre for assistance who have also yet to respond to my emails or messages!! <br> I received a call two days ago saying that the couriers would collect on that day - still waiting!!!! Absolutely shocking!!!! <br> <br> Customer service is non-existent at Mr Price! This was the very last time I ever bought anything online (or in-store) for that matter at MR PRICE. Up until now, I still do not know when the item will be collected or refunded. So much for customer service and the convenience of online shopping when MR PRICE are so arrogant that they do not care for customer service!<br> <br> Never buy anything online from MR PRICE - you will resent it!<br>
