Shocking customer service and retention policies

Hi

I phoned Mr Price Money to do a long term payment arrangement as i am unemployed. They were happy to not help and now its going to get ugly. I will have you know that you were the only one out of all my other accounts. Everyone else was super understanding as long as i submitted an affidavit and letter.

After being a loyal customer for so long this is how you get treated. I will never buy from you again.

Close my account and hand it over to legal.
