Shocking Customer Service and lack of accountability

Am shocked at how Mr Price Rosebank Mall is handling a situation which i hello Petered last week. Precious Mekgwa was supposed to get back to me days ago and well am still waiting for her call. So decided to called her moments ago and she was so unprofessional and rude to such a point that i dropped the call because she clearly wasn't interested in what i was saying or what i had to say. What annoys me about this whole thing is the lack of accountability from Mr Price and its employee. The issue is i want my money back because the amount that they said was going to be reversed, never got reversed and its even showing on my bank statement as 2 separate transactions which means if they check their bank statement they would see the two amounts. Can someone who knows whats going on call me back because its been over 7 days and i want my money back.
