Shocked and abused in Mr price

I visited Mr. Price Goldfields Mall on the 10th of September and an employee of the company (Zizipho Nge(something)) shouted at me, refused to apologize and walked away from her own supervisors. She had been mopping the floor when I walked in together with her colleagues and opted to go the other way, upon my exit I quickly rushed to the door stepping on the place she had been working on and she told me I was disrespectful and that it was something I was used to doing(osele and o tlwaetse. ke hosa ntho o e etsang). To my shock, I walked back and asked her what she was saying very calmly she repeated herself and continued to throw insults at me and I am not sure what she said about people my age (thaka tsa hao) I was even more shocked since she was visibly younger than me. I walked out and spoke to security and she directed me to a supervisor who asked her to apologize and she walked away. I walked into a Mr. Price store to be insulted and told off for simply walking on the floor I was shacking with shock because no one has ever insulted and abused me like this and the said worker had scratches on her neck God knows the horror of having to walk into this store again especially since the supervisor said "this was addressed this morning" How do I shop at Mr price again it is disappointing and traumatizing to be treated this poorly, customers can be difficult but in this instance, I was not being difficult and it was just unprofessional and distateful. The horror of Mr price. I do appreciate the supervisor and other store employees who were just as shocked and apologized on Zizipho's behalf.
