I just wanted to say that Mr Price South Africa has the literal worst customer service ever. I have never had a good experience when querying something. From someone who is in cuatomer service and doesn't really have a lot of money i must say your customer service is appalling. Never have i ever been sent from pillar to post so many times. And i have seen that ypu guys don't even reply to most of the complaints on here. I know you guys have sooooo many clients but imagine all those clients having a bad experience don't you think that will affect future relationships not just with that client but others. Ever heard of word of mouth?

Please do something about your customer service team. Thias is no way to treat customers.
