Service with a Smile = TOPS!

Today I would like to praise the staff at Mr Price Stellenbosch (Eikestad Mall). I am a regular store and online shopper and each time I enter the store I am greeted with a smile. Even at times the store would be full, there will be a wave or a smile. This is a really good bunch of young people who know what it is to work together and give good customer service. Several times when they did not have an item, rest assured, they will offer if they can source it from one of their other stores, going the extra mile. They even know that I purchase for my two daughters and everything I buy will be in two's. That is not all, they even know and remember my daughter's sizes..how's that for service?! Thank you Enrico, Charmaine, and all the staff there (I gave some of them nick-names already). You can teach some of your other stores and online shopping staff a thing or two about service delivery! Well done! You have my vote for Store of the Year!!#greatbusiness
