Service Sucks

well my wife works in an area where there is not Mr Price near so she asked me to return a trouser that she bought which did not fit and instead take a tekkie for my son. the lady tells me i may not purchase on my wifes account which i understand i asked if i could call her so she could give authorization over the phone. the gentleman who i assume is on charge does nothing to make help me when i tell him this but says go fetch your wife. i understand ***** and understand the nature of purchasing on another's account but is there no way a spouse who pays the account monthly can be serviced by Mr Price in the absence of the account holder. this is perthatic
