SERVICE ON A 100!

<p>Good day,</p> <p>On the 24th of March, I visited your Germiston store to buy a specific pair of gold glittered high heel pump, to my dismay, the shoes were out of stock, I then requested one of the very helpful staff(I completely forgot his name :)) to see if Mall @ Carnival had them in stock, he then came back with feedback that Carnival did not have them in stock, however, East Rand Mall had 2 pairs left.</p> <p>I then made my way to ERM, when I got there, my luck was out, as I discovered that they did not have them in a 6, I then approached a young and eager gentleman by the name of Tshase, who also went to check if the shoe was in stock, the search also came out with 2 pairs of size 6 available. He then went to the storeroom to check, came back with about 10 pairs of size 3s.</p> <p>Obviously, I was dismayed and really just so despaired, but Mr. Tshase assured me that he would do all he could to find this stunner of a shoe. He went around the entire store, and finally headed to the displayed mannequins, and returned with my SIX!!!! Needless to say that I am eternally grateful for the Tshase and he really did go the extra mile!!!!!!! A promo should be on the cards for this young man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Mr Price :)</p>
