Service from HELL

I will never again purchase from Mr.Price.Please see Hello Peter reference number ***. I have laid a complaint against Mr Price and regretfully they have failed to make contact with me to discuss the way forward. It is only Mr Price Kuilsriver whom contacted me but like I explained to them I am not in Kuilsriver I'm in MosselBay and the Mr Price group in MosselBay Heiderand Mall is too *********** to assist me, they blatantly told me to my face they cannot assist me as they don't know how to they don't understand the procedures. HOW when it's literally your job to understand how this work. The manager in her office,very unfazed not even willing to try and assist. Don't buy from Mr Price it's ***
