Service extremely poor!

I am so disappointed and disgusted in the online service, I have ordered on the 3rd of December and have not yet received my order! No update nothing! Everytime in speak to a consultant a different story comes up it was supposed to arrive by the 10th then the 12 and today is the 14 and still nothing, the service is poor!!! No communication nothing and I need that order ASAP!
