Service Delivery

I went to the Mr Price Store in Delareyville to shop for a white dress. I was told that I can't fit the dress because customers are not allowed to fit the white items and was told that If i want to fit any white item that i have to pay for it first. I am so disappointed about the service that I received at the store and I am not sure if Ill ever go back there. If this is Mr Price new policy then it suppresses the customers rights because I cannot buy something that I did not fit and what is the use of having fitting rooms, if we are not allowed to fit the clothes.
