Service at canal walk is appalling

Mr price Canal walk has really shocked me once again. I have had to hold on for a manager for 17 minutes and ended up putting the phone down. the staff is very unprofessional. I have been waiting almost a month for them to get back to me on a pair of shoes. This time i call in regards to another item and get given the run round, Why do we need to call customer services to be put through to a store. I am highly disappointed.
