service and no refund

On the 22nd of September i tried to make a purchase online the MRP Fashion I tried first time the order got system error and then I tried second time got declined. However both amounts when I off my card.I have emailed *** since 22nd of September 2020.I called Standard bank and the amount when off and there is auth code I attached to email. iI called 4 times a day and no luck nobody can help always a new different story everyday. No reply to my email I find this service unacceptable Yesterday I even send proof of paymen
