Service and control on stock sucks

Once again I took my son to get clothes and due to budget we go to the shelf that says shoes R99 and other clothes we go to pay and i ask if therebis a warranty on shoes and the clerk laughs at me as if im an idiot the rings the shoes up at over R200 per pair? I asked what about the 99 shoes rack again he laughs and carried on ringing up the clothes so i paid in my opinnion 500 for 200 shoes
