I purchased a few items, told the cashier whom took forever to pack my goodies in a bag, not to tap my card and she went ahead and tapped it, after I specifically told her not to, her response to me was I must just remove it then. They were also supposed to look for a code for an item, which took more than 5minutes and I decided to just leave it. The following day I took the jerseys back that was on promotion, and the kind of attitude your cashiers has is totally and utterly ridiculous. Are we as customer not suppose to return/exchange something? It's almost like it's extra/unnecessary work that we're creating for them. They don't have the sense of what retail is actually about..
