Served by a cashier with a toothpick in her mouth

I have just visit your new store at Norkem Mall in Kempton Park.

I will be very surprised if know there are other new ( and old) clothing stores in the Mall as well. I'm sure they love the fact that you are there because al the customers looking for clothes will turn around and shop further at your opposition stores because of the lack of service in your Store. The cashier which look like the manager serves you with a toothpick in her mouth and the fact that they clean the floor 9:30 am with the wet mop is really the pits. When the customer in front of me asked to be served by a second cashier because the "busy" cashier is in a long conversation with another "customer" the "cleaner" just said no, there is nobody

What i really, really cannot understand is that is impossible to find any telephone of an Area, Regional or Divisional Manager Do they not want to know what the hell is going on in their Branches?

It seems to me that every customer must go through *** to get anywhere. Even the the lady at this number refused to give me any information regarding any management's telephone numbers. I am so sorry to tell you that you wasted a lot of money by opening a Store in this Mall with the calibre of Manager you appointed there.

Never in my whole life was i served in any Store by a cashier or asst with a toothpick in her mouth. Your whole Company and Management should be ashamed
