Serious Privacy Breach by Mr. Price Customer Care

I am extremely concerned about a privacy breach by a Mr. Price customer care employee. After calling me about my delivery, the employee took my number from the system without my consent and contacted me privately on WhatsApp.

This is a clear violation of my privacy and my rights under POPIA. My personal information was accessed and used for purposes outside of the official communication channels
