Selling damage goods

I bought a jean at mr price sandton two weeks back.I wore the jean on da 22nd November when i got to work i went to the ladies room and when i was pulling the jean up it got torn on the stitch above my back pocket lucky my tshirt was long it covered the torn part.i got to town Johannesburg and i was sitting at KFC and when i stood up the jean got torn again now my bum was outside and it was embarrassing and i had to buy a big scarf to cover dat area.Yesterday i went to Mr price and i didnt have the reciet because i threw it away as the jean was fitting well and it was little bit bigger as it was a size 34 and i wear size 32.I had to wait for 1hour while the were searching the code and i asked to speak to a manager ,Bonnie Mothapo came and he was arrogant and he told me i must come back the next day or a day after or they will call me,I refused.Then Paseka kept searching and he found the code and I was very grateful to him because he treated me like a customer should be treated.The Bonnie Mothapo told me that the jeans was on sale and the mark down was R30 original price was R199 so they will refund me R30 and I told him i dont want the R30 i want a jean and i am not going to pay extra because they sold me jean which material was rotten and i even asked him to check da material it was rotten and it could tear easily.He said no he cant and he was very arrogant,he didn't care that i had to walk butt naked in town because of what they sold to me which they were not supposed to and he said it was the factory fault and they didnt know it was damaged goods which i doubt cause now it makes sense why it was at that price and in da end Bonnie Mothapo told me that he was going to put the jean in the ******* bin were it belongs because i didnt want to take it or take the R30 ,I am so hurt and disappointed that the manager didnt treat me like a customer ,he was arrogant and rude and I feel that if you know that something is damage goods don't sell it because if I knew it was damaged goods i wouldn't have bought it even if it was R2 , I bought dat jean cause i like it and only at da till i realised dat it was on sale .Mr price should give me a jeans because they embarrassed me in town Johannesburg do u know how many people were looking at me and now i dont even trust mr price the worse part is dat its in Sandton ,Sandton shops are the best and the service is greate.I am unhappy and mr price should teach their supervisor how to speak and treat customer.
