Security staff attitude

I was in your Brooklyn branch today to exchange a shirt. On entering the store the security woman asked me if I am returning or exchanging an item. She then took my shirt to the cashier and told me to look for something else. I couldn't find anything and my baby was waking up so I wanted to leave. I went to her and asked for my shirt. She rudely said she already took it to the cashier - as if it was a huge inconvenience to her that I could not get something else. I asked her to please get it and to please hurry. <br> Well let me tell you she took her sweet time and walked as slowly as she could to get my shirt. By the time she got back to me my baby was screaming and I was livid. I have never had to do this at your store before and if this is a new policy please employ someone who has actual people skills and is friendly to your customers. I was disgusted to say the least. I won't be supporting you anymore
