Security mistreatment

On Friday afternoon I went to Mr price Alexandra Mall when I got there the security which was standing on the left hand side adviced that their system is offline to do an exchange for me I than walked in the store few steps because I was on a call. When I left the store the security on the right hand by the name of Ester followed me out of the store and demanded that I go back into the store because she wants to see what's inside my bag she pulled me I told she had no right to pull my hand she then demanded to still see what's in my bag after went into the shop she took out the clothes I gave her the slip she found all the items I wanted to exchange she didn't apologize I asked her is she happy with what she did she said she thought I stole from the shop. I must say I'm very much disappointed in how the assistance Manager didn't even ask the lady to apologize.
