Security Guard Bad Service

Good Day ,

I will like to report an incident that took place at Mr Price Tshwane Mall on the 14th of February at about 16:25 .A security guard by the name of Patricia ill treated both of my kid’s embarrassing them in front of other customers, she humiliated them and for an adult she is wrong . she never apologised once she realised that they had a slip and made a purchase. The service given by her being in MrPrice is utterly unacceptable.I had made a call to the store today 15/02 09:00 and by the tone of the manger I am not happy with their customer service .
