Security gaurd dismissing rudely and she was not willing to communicate

My experience was disappointing after being an account holder for so long with Mr Price. As I purchase a nice dress at Mr price (market )i think (***). I decide it's festive let me spend more and pass by at Mr Price Carlton as I couldn't find my size at Mr price near Eloff. Meaning Mr P Carlton was a 3rd stop of the same store, but boy I regret it. The security by the name of Maria Raphadu V1083 treated me rather different. Badly different. I'm an adult yet I'm petite body wise. She took my dress in a plastic wrote some number on it and gave me a sticker. I rep**** by saying but I'm not doing a refund. She continued to ignore me and responded by saying Mhhhhmmmm. No communication. I minded my business and held on the sticker. I know that's the procedure for exchange and refund, i was not aware of parcel counter. When I was done I handed her the green sticker and she look at me but didn't acknowledge my handing her the sticker, suddenly she could speak. Her respond was terminal 1. I look at her and asked what about terminal 1? She ignored me and searched other customers. She then pointed the till points saying. If u want your parcel terminal one. I called for the store manager, she apologized and the security never bother or was remorseful. I refunded the dress as I was still angry. I had brought the dress cash. I hate wasting my time doing such, typing hellopeter etc. Communication is key. That's all she had to do as she handed me the sticker. Let's treat each other with respect. Of the incident and my loyalty to the Mr Price group, I no longer wish to do business with the group. I will be glad to return the dress again, pay off my account immediately and close my account and be taken off their marketing data. I'm disappointed.
