Hi , I am very disappointed by MR PRICE, I had an account with them and settled it in 2021 July. I was issued with a paid up letter and they updated the status on my credit report.

Now all of a sudden this year the account is back in my name and has arrears of R700.

This is blocking me everywhere and does not make sense as I have a paid up letter.

I have tried communicating with them on numerous occasions but they just send me from pillar to post.

The next option is the credit ombudsman because these people are ********
