We took the 360 protection plan from Mr Price which we were told covered retrenchment.
When we tried to apply for the policy to pay out, we were declined due to the “insurer not paying out for retrenchment” and “it’s the insurer’s choice to honor the claim or not”.
****** ****, that’s what their “insurance” is.
