At the end of July 2021, I decided to open an account with Mr Price money. My main decision to go with Mr Price, was of the fact that they offered lucrative vouchers when opening an account ( Truworths offered more or less the same voucher amount, but I decided to go with Mr Price...a decision I now regret) When I made my first account purchase of nearly R1000 , I wanted to use my vouchers, that I was I given, in my hands, when I opened the account. It was all done at Mr Price William moffett Port Elizabeth, I was told by the cashier that the voucher " gets automatically deducted from my account". I then left it there. Well that deduction never took place and I again went back for a second purchase at the same store and was told the same story again by the store. The store told me to contact Mr Price head office, and complain to them. Well I then communicated by WhatsApp to Mr price head office and was told to go back to the store and insist that they use my voucher. They must deduct the voucher from my total bought. I then went back to William moffett Mr Price and was told by the supervisor ( I have her name) that Mr price head office sit behind their desks and don't know what they are talking about. They are useless. That the voucher promotion ( that I was sold on) had expired a long time ago and is no more relevant. I then told Mr price head office of the feedback I got from this lady via WhatsApp and email(s). Until now no one from Mr Price head office hasn't bothered to reply to my complaint. I have all the communications.

My account number is *** So I actually got ****med by Mr Price. Well done Mr Price!!!
