Made an online purchase on 2July 2022. Made a query on twitter on Tuesday 2022.07.12 and response was parcel was out on delivery. yesterday I receive notification that parcel has been delivered. I DON NOT HAVE THE PARCEL. Worse part is that your consultants at the call center drop the phone.

15 Jul 2022, 15:07Well the courier you used apparently could not locate delivery address which is very strange as that is the address i have always used. Even if that is the case why would my parcel appear as delivered. They have promised delivery for Monday morning in the hope that is the case.
