we app**** a mr price account and we received approval, we did joint card with my partner, we purchased a few item only for once/ month, not monthly repeated, we paid the account every month but no changes on the balance, then we confronted the mr price different store with different consultant and they told us that we have subscription of value added services that include funeral , accidental cover, we requested cancelation, the consultant gave us the form to complete and they faxed in on our present but still now is more that 4 month requesting every month nothing has been change, last month we visited the branch and the consultant gave us another same form we use to fill, she faxed on our present and i requested the form with me and email, wen got to work i emailed them, no reply till to date, now we are taking the action of not paying the account and on the email we requested them/ also requesting again the recorded voice to confirm the agreement of the extras you were charging us, and the reason why you don't want to cancel those services after our request, and we want all our money we paid for those services and refuse to cancel, legal wise will contact you soon, you are so ****, our id is *** main *** additional user.
