I just cannot come to the understanding that such a big company like Mr Price would **** people the way it is currently doing.

An order of R3,729.99 was placed, paid for and confirmed by my wife 4 days ago on the 16 Oct 2018 at 17:04. She had even paid extra fee for 2-3 days delivery as she needed those things urgently.

Friday there was no communication ad. So she phoned only to be informed that the order does not appear on the system, what a shame!!!! She tried reasoning with the lady who seemed not to care and even went on to lie that there are no supervisors or manager on duty.

She just called again right now only to be j formed thay the supervisor is on tea break. She was informed by a very rude guy called Hagen. It seems like they only hire rude staff.

Listen up here so called Mr Price, make sure my wife gets her order on Monday or you have me and my law firm to deal with LEGALLY.

What kind of BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING ******** PEOPLE?????
