Safety of our parcels

My mother forgot her parcel at Mr price's parcel counter at Tsakane mall yesterday around 5pm. And when she returned to the branch today earlier, she found that the food that was inside her plastic had been eaten by the staff members and there was no explanation as to why they had done that instead the security on duty laughed at her.
